Processing Time (Handling Time)

We process orders on business days. Orders placed after the order cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time (Transit Time)
3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Your order is shipped via our reliable shipping partners and delivered within the timeframe mentioned above.
Total Shipping Time (Processing + Shipping)
4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
The total delivery time includes both processing time and transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time
04:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and tracking link. You will also receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

We work with PostNL, DHL, and DPD for safe and timely delivery of your order within the Netherlands.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check the provided delivery address.
- Look around your home or at the neighbors'.
- Ask household members if they have accepted the package.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will resend your order or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier's tracking page. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Delays
We do our best to meet the expected delivery times, but delays may occur due to carrier congestion or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service.
