When you place an order on our website, your card is charged directly in EUR, not at the time of shipping.
If you want to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours after placing your order.
A refund usually takes 5–10 business days before the amount is back in your account. The payment must be fully completed before shipping.
