At Celiora we accept all common credit cards and payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Maestro.

When you place an order on our website, your card is charged directly in EUR, not at the time of shipping.

If you want to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours after placing your order.

A refund usually takes 5–10 business days before the amount is back in your account. The payment must be fully completed before shipping.
