Responsibility for import and VAT: The customer is responsible for payment of import duties and VAT upon receipt.
Delivery and shipping: Products are shipped directly from a third country (China). Celiora does not handle import into the Netherlands or other EU countries.
Risk of delay or extra costs: Any customs fees, import VAT, or delays are entirely the customer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Celiora and to all distance contracts between Celiora and the consumer.
The consumer is provided with the terms and conditions before concluding the agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

The offer is without obligation.

Images and product descriptions are a truthful representation of the product.

Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Celiora.

The customer is informed about price, shipping costs, taxes, whether the right of withdrawal applies, payment method, delivery time, and other information.
Important:
The price excluding import VAT and customs clearance costs is shown.
The customer pays these costs to the postal or courier service upon delivery.
ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT
The agreement is concluded after acceptance of the offer and payment.

In case of insufficient stock, Celiora is not obliged to deliver.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has 30 days reflection period from receipt of the product.
The consumer must:

handle the product carefully

return the product in its original condition

notify the right of withdrawal within 30 days by email
The customer then has 30 days to return the product.
ARTICLE 7 – COSTS OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer pays the return costs.

Celiora will refund the purchase amount within 30 days after receipt of the return shipment.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Non-returnable items include:

hygienic products whose seal has been broken
-
personalized products
-
perishable goods
-
software, audio and video recordings with broken seal

products that by their nature cannot be returned
ARTICLE 9 – PRICE

Celiora may change prices during the validity period of the offer.

Prices are exclusive of import VAT and customs clearance fees.

Celiora does not charge VAT because delivery takes place outside the EU.
Typographical and typesetting errors are not binding.
ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

Products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.

Warranty corresponds to the factory warranty.

Complaints about errors must be reported within 14 days.
Warranty void if:

products are used incorrectly

products have been repaired by third parties
-
damage occurs due to improper use
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data is processed according to Celiora's Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Celiora reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and update information without prior notice.

The most recent version of the terms is on this page. By using the site after changes, the consumer agrees to the new terms.
